We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security of our organization by managing and implementing our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Microsoft software.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Install, set up, and maintain DLP Microsoft software to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration. Develop and execute DLP policies and procedures to meet organizational security requirements. Monitor DLP alerts and conduct investigations for potential data breaches. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to DLP. Provide technical support to users regarding DLP policies and procedures. Keep up-to-date with the latest DLP best practices and technologies. Document DLP configurations and procedures. Collaborate with other IT teams on security initiatives.
Requirements
5-6 years of experience in IT support, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity.
Essential: Previous experience managing and implementing Microsoft DLP software. (Experience with other DLP software vendors is a plus.) Thorough understanding of security principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Applicants must be located in the UAE and available for on-site work.
Benefits
Competitive salary and benefits package will be provided to successful candidates upon completion of the contract period. The monthly salary offered is between 11,000AED and 12,000AED.
