Java Team Lead

• Lead Team to accomplish the company’s software products and projects’ data analysis and database business logic.
  
• According to business requirements，Design flow, code, test and maintain the software modules.
  
• Execute the development of the oracle database storage process, package, trigger and function.
  
• Configure, build, and test the application technical components.
  
• Leading in code reviews and quality reviews to ensure traceability of the designs to the requirements.
  
• Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
  
• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in IT/Computer Software or related field.
  
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in developing Java software.
  
• Proficiency in JavaSE, JavaEE, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
  
• Experience with JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJS, and Redux is advantageous.
  
• Familiarity with SQL, MyBatis/iBatis, and Spring frameworks.
  
• Expertise in optimizing SQL performance and handling multiple threads.
  
• Knowledge of web services, preferably REST, and integration patterns.
  
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and its application in software development.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Excellent English communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in online gaming development.
  
• Familiarity with source control systems like SVN and GIT.
