Job Summary
Function as the machine operator for Blasting, Prime/ liquid coating and Powder station
RESPONSIBILITIES
Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / blasting station. Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure. Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating. Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP. Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs. Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee
Desirable
Training certificates Technical Diploma Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in similar work environment Team player Flexible Good English command
