Adecco Middle East is hiring Manager Learning Design   for one of our reputed clients based in Dubai.
 
Job Title: Manager : Manager Learning Design 
Job Location : Dubai
Contract Duration : 6 months ( 2024) Extendable based on business need
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

• Partner with Company 's Fire Services and offer consultation on best practice around learning methods,
•  Conduct learning needs analysis, design and develop a curriculum addressing the business and people skills standards
•  Deliver  as required   instructor led sessions (face to face or virtual). This is in direct support of  company's
• corporate strategy and vision around ‘Safety and Security ‘ and ‘Talent Development’ .
• Specialization in ADDIE instructional system design, Facilitation, Business Partnership, Micro learning
• Professional/Regulatory/Certification Requirements:  IATA, ICAO, CIPD, ATD or equivalent certification on instructional design
• Core Activities Experience: Consultation, Learning Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Content Development, Content Curation, Facilitation, Learning Evaluation, Reporting, Project management

 
 
 
Skills Required:
• Extensive and thorough knowledge of learning processes, methodologies & learning technologies (LMS, LXP, MLP).
• Experience in developing and supporting behavioural change courses.
• Familiar working with micro-learning platforms and creating microlearning courses.
 
• Should be current in fields related to learning and specific role requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate a range of analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation techniques in the learning environment
