Residential High Rise Building: 


  1. Study project design, suggest initiatives for MEP works design enhancement
  2. Study BoQ & WO for work scope coverage and quantity sufficiency as per project design
  3. Execute and monitor the MEP works with the vendor as per Construction schedule & GFC drawings 
  4. Achieved desired progress, maintain quality and safety at site
  5. Coordination among C&S, Finishes and other vendors at site
  6. Coordination among Central Design team & Project
  7. Assist in tender drawing, BoQ, vendor negotiation, certification of vendor invoicing and maintaining records 
  • High level of Integrity,
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong Negotiations skills,
  • Vendor Database,
  • SAP Exposure
