Job Title: MEP Draftsman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to prepare and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting drawings for construction projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Develop Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting layouts as per project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on site instructions and engineering comments.
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to avoid design conflicts.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all drawings and revisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate with project teams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
