Job Description
  • Responsible for facilitating the timely and secure collection of payments and documents from clients, working closely with the Finance and Accounts team, and coordinating with Debt Collectors to ensure efficient debt recovery processes.
  • Collect payments, invoices, and other relevant documents from clients as directed by the Finance and Accounts team.
  • Deliver documents and other items to clients or other designated locations.
  • Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time and securely.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collections and deliveries.
  • Assist the Finance and Accounts team with the preparation of collection reports.
  • Coordinate with Debt Collectors to manage and schedule collection routes.
  • Maintain the condition of the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fuelled, and mechanically sound.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Information
  • Proficient in local traffic regulations and routes.
  • Basic understanding of financial documents such as invoices and receipts.
  • Ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and operation of vehicle.

Experience Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or collections environment.
  • Experience in handling confidential financial documents.
