.NET Developer - Abu Dhabi

A reputable hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for experienced .NET Developers to join its growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise applications that support business operations and employee management systems.

The successful candidate will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
  
• Develop end-to-end software solutions that align with business and operational requirements.
  
• Maintain and enhance existing internal applications, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
  
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and system enhancements.
  
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution to production incidents.
  
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to development best practices.
  
• Support integrations with ERP systems and other business applications.
  
• Participate in application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and software development best practices.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET application development.
  
• Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end software development projects.
  
• Strong experience with Microsoft development technologies, including:

  • ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
    
  • .NET Framework / .NET Core
    
  • Web API
    
  • SQL Server
    
  • Entity Framework
    
  • Visual Studio
    
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise business applications.
  
• Strong knowledge of application maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  
• Experience integrating systems with ERP platforms and office productivity tools.
  
• Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and system documentation.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
