Responsible for various basic clerical duties. Work closely with clinic staff and help them in performing their duties
Opening and Closing of the clinic.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture
Making and serving tea/ coffee to guests and staff
Prepare stationary for all internal departments of the clinic
Change printer cartridges o Assist in meeting rooms to set up projector and laptop
Filing documents as per the clinic requirement
Collecting and distributing couriers/parcels among employees
Laminating and binding documents as per the requests
Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties o Be vigilant to manage any situation.

Lab Sample collection: As part of your job as an Office boy you are assigned to support Laboratory by doing the following:
Collect the blood sample box from the driver along with the register book, who brings the sample from our other centers
Diligently bring it to the lab without any damage to the sample box.
You should not shake the sample box while walking up to the lab.
Ensure the sample box is in good condition while collecting it from the driver.
Hand over it to the concerned Technician in the lab and his/her signature in the register book.
· High School Diploma or equivalent .
Preferred: Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Language Skills:
Ability to speak and understand the local language.
Basic English communication is helpful (especially in clinics with diverse staff/patients).
