• Set up and operate offset printing presses, including 5-color presses
• Ensure that the correct ink colors, paper stock, and printing plates are used for each job
• Monitor press runs to ensure consistent color, registration, and overall print quality
• Adjust and maintain press settings to meet quality and productivity standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing presses
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
