We are looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience in the upholstery or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients, production teams, and on-ground operations to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and project updates.


  • Manage and monitor ground operations related to upholstery work and site execution.


  • Liaise with production teams to ensure work is completed as per specifications and deadlines.


  • Prepare and manage quotations, estimations, and invoices.


  • Track project progress and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:


  • 4–5 years of experience in the upholstery, furniture, or interior fit-out industry.


  • Strong experience in client coordination and operations management.


  • Knowledge of quotation preparation, cost estimation, and invoicing.


  • Ability to coordinate with production and site teams.


  • Good communication and organizational skills.


  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:
