Operations Manager - Continuum of Care Business

Support the sustainable growth and development of the Continuum of Care Business, the following primary responsibilities needs to be delivered upon:
· manage the financial governance framework
· provide sufficient and professional support with regards to financial management
· ensure that all patient admin processes are continuously improved and updated
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential: A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or related field
Desired: Formal relevant financial qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential: 5+ years’ management experience in a similar position
Desired: Experience with administration management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial functions
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Application of sound budgeting and financial planning and management principles Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications Demonstrate a strong understanding and the correct application of business metrics, governance and risk management Demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of financial statutory requirements and the ability to manage hospital finances accordingly Financial statements and reporting Financial systems (SAP, HIS) Knowledge of Funders and related processes and rules Patient administration systems and related processes Stock control principles and management UAE regulations and laws
