OPERATOR

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our team in Al Dhafra, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in facility management or operations and possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate various equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
  
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or breakdowns and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
  
• Record operational data and maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
  
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  
• Coordinate with other team members and departments as necessary to complete tasks and achieve operational goals.
  
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  
• Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in a relevant field.
  
• Previous experience in facility management or operations preferred.
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
