    Job Description

    We need an English speaking candidate, between 25-35 years old - with experience in order management (front office). Responsible for preparing customer orders/documents for deliveries and transport/delivery co-ordination.

    The Role

    • Taking inbound calls from customers
    • Processing orders in database (SAP).
    • Providing quotes
    • Assisting dealers in their sales' queries
    • Coordinating deliveries with the warehouse
    • Arranging deliveries with forwarders
    • Completion of import/export documentation
    • Transport co-ordination
    • General administration

    Skills

    • Excellent command in written and spoken English
    • Good computer skills, MS Office
    Proficient with SAP SD module
    • Drivers license and car
    • Reliable, trustworthy, diligent, self motivated
    • Ambitious and target oriented
