Out systems Lead Developer

•Primary responsibility will be creation of large or complex applications that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes through the use of process and technology

•Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

•Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust OutSystems applications.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

•Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and code reviews.

•Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

•Perform code optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system integrity.

•Stay current with #OutSystems platform updates and industry trends, recommending improvements and optimizations.

•Ensures that others involved in a project or effort are kept informed about developments and plans 

•Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility.

EXPERIENCE

•Proven experience as an #outsystemsdeveloper with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role and 5+ experience in software development.

•Able to set up , customize, and manage OutSystems Infrastructure/environments. 

•Android and iOS native app life cycle and supported features (in-app storage, authentication, push notification). 

•Strong proficiency in Out systems development tools and technologies.

•Experience in working in Agile / Scrum projects.

•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

•Developing automation applications SAP based business process.

EDUCATION

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or Associate Tech Lead).

•Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and cloud platforms.

KEY SKILLS

•Proficient in OutSystems development, including Reactive Web and Mobile applications.

•Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP web services.

•Strong expertise in database design and SQL optimization.

•Good knowledge of web-screen, module, lifecycle events, roles, aggregates, and timers.

•Complete knowledge of OutSystems platform components and Tools (Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service center, Workflow Builder and Lifetime).

•Solid understanding of Outsystems 3 layer canvas, best practices and security features.

•Good knowledge of Microservices, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax;

•Knowledge of CI/CD and Outsystems deployment

•Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
