I am an indivisual owner in my company seeking a dynamic, modern, and versatile Personal Assistant to work for me to support my work and efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, energetic, modern thinking, open minded, loyal and adaptable, with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Organize and manage personal and professional schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Reminders: Set and manage reminders for important tasks, deadlines, and events.
  • Event & Party Assistance/companion: Accompany to various outside events and parties, assisting with planning, coordination, and any necessary tasks during the event. You should be able to adapt a modern outlook and assist in the modern medium/high profile bar and restaurant environment where you need to assist and strategies your boss to do the networking with other people.
  • You might also need to go overseas/outside (mostly DUBAI/MUMBAI) time to time with your manager and support multiple tasks at hand at various situations. So a modern open minded attitude is highly required to assist boss to do networking and business expansion from scratch.
  • Training support - Should be doing a training seesions for me as per my schedule.
  • House Management: Oversee household tasks, ensuring the home is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Cleaning: Perform or coordinate regular cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • You might need to be working in a typical family environment in 1 BHK/2BHK apartment with the family. And act as personal assistant to the family office. There will not be any separate office provided.
  • Office Work: Assist with various computer-based office tasks, including data entry, correspondence, technology/business research and analysis online/offline and preparing presentation, and basic administrative duties. You will need to go extra miles to achieve various goals of your manager. You manager will be pursuing multiple business activity like hiring agency, doing business and tech research development. So you could be assigned any goals like hiring candidates as agency or for agency in a versatile environment.
  • You should be ready to work in highly changing personal invironment of your boss and act like a friend to keep the work pressure of your boss low and take care of his regular needs of reminders, health, exercise schedule. And ready to work overnight byself. And expected to take a lots of self initiative for ultimate optimum performance and goal achievement.
  • Good Manners and Discipline: Exhibit professional behavior, good manners, and maintain discipline in all tasks and interactions.
  • Loyalty: Demonstrate loyalty and discretion in all personal and professional matters.
