Job Description

Perform planning and scheduling functions in line with tender requirements. Prepare tender programmes, planning presentation slides and narratives. Interact with the bid team members in planning-related matters. Organise themselves to meet specific work deadlines. Support the implementation of company planning procedures. Support the tender risk management process.

Skills & Competencies:

Understanding of general construction including some specific techniques. Able to develop a WBS for a small/ medium project with support. Able to prepare a resource & cost-loaded baseline programme for a small project. Review/ analysis of contract documents and identification of key deliverables. Primavera – good skills. Excel – good skills. MS PowerPoint – good skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; post-graduate planning certification a plus. 5 years minimum with main contractor (GCC region), preferably some tender planning experience.
