We are seking high-calibre Project Managers and Project Directors with proven expertise in delivering Data Center and mission-critical projects across the UAE and wider region.
This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable tier 1 contractor delivering large-scale, technically complex developments for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC, and contractual obligations
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, variations, and project challenges
  • Provide strategic leadership across multiple data center project
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring successful execution and delivery
  • Manage client relationships at senior level
  • Drive commercial performance and project profitability
  • Lead planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering Data Center / Mission-Critical projects (essential)
  • Background working with main contractors in the UAE or GCC
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP, fit-out, and infrastructure systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage fast-track, high-value construction projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
