Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity available for a skilled portal administrator to join our business development and client relations department at Cavendish Maxwell. This position offers a chance to contribute to a respected organisation and requires experience in portal administration, preferably within the UAE context.
As a portal administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s registrations, pre-qualifications, and company profile updates on various online portals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our organisation maintains an up-to-date and competitive presence on these platforms, which contributes significantly to the success of securing contracts and partnerships.

Key responsibilities:



Monitor various tender and vendor registration portals for new opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate completion of registration and pre-qualification requirements. Manage and organise documentation for vendor pre-qualification. Maintain a comprehensive database of registration credentials and documentation.
Regularly update the company’s profile on various portals to reflect current information, certifications, and capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify accurate data for profile updates. Ensure that all company information is consistent and aligned with our branding and business objectives.
Stay informed about the regulations and requirements of different portals. Ensure all documentation and compliance criteria are met for each registration. Keep records of all communications and submissions related to portal registrations.
Act as the point of contact between our organisation and client procurement teams. Communicate regularly with internal teams to gather necessary information for registrations and updates. Provide periodic reports to management on the status and progress of registration and profile maintenance efforts.
Conduct quality checks on all documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain compliance and credibility.

Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the context of business development and procurement. Familiarity with vendor registration and pre-qualification processes on various portals. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management skills. Proficiency in using relevant software and platforms for registration and profile management; experience in Power BI would be useful. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
