How you’ll make an impact:




  • Develop, implement, validate, and deliver simulation models to our customers in tenders and projects using various power system tools to support grid optimization and renewable integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our R&D, and customers, to gather requirements to support the design of effective technical solutions
  • Create software in the loop model of real-time control functions
  • Perform testing and validation of power system models and associated tools
  • Perform RMS simulation studies with customer networks
  • Prepare clear and structured technical documentation and reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in power system modeling
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing by supporting, training, and collaborating with colleagues throughout project execution

Your Background:




  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least three years of experience in power system analysis
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, simulation tools such as RTDS, PSCAD, PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, MATLAB, EMTP, or Python
  • Interest in or experience with programming (e.g., C++, C#, FROTRAN, DSL, Python, MATLAB, ), control theory, signal processing, and dynamic modelling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve complex problems
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage
