• Develop and simulate waveform algorithms for wireless communication systems.


• Design algorithms for modulation, demodulation, error correction, equalisation, synchronisation, and frequency offset correction.


• Apply DSP techniques to improve system performance.


• Simulate and validate algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, or Python.


• Evaluate performance across noise, interference, and fading conditions.


• Optimise algorithms for real-time implementation (FPGA, DSP, ASIC).


• Collaborate with teams to integrate algorithms into modem architectures.


• Document design, simulation, and performance analysis.


• Participate in design reviews and troubleshooting.


• Present findings to stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred).


• 10–12+ years of experience in wireless communication systems (5G, WiFi, WiMAX, etc.).


• Strong understanding of communication standards and protocols.


• Hands-on experience with DSP and waveform algorithms.


• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C++, or Python.


• Experience with channel models (fading, noise, interference).


• Familiarity with BER, SNR, and throughput.


• Exposure to hardware implementation (FPGA, ASIC) is a plus.
