at CAFU Dubai About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Product Leader to join our growing team and lead the optimization of our operational product portfolio across our platform. This entails setting the direction, priorities, scoping, and development efforts of all platform capabilities associated with the management and fulfillment of all vehicle services. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies between how logistics is managed, and how we harmonize supply and demand. As our business continues to scale, this role will be managing all activities associated with process automation, analytics and data modelling, pilot (rider) performance, live operational controls, and other logistics elements in accordance with leading technological and business practices. In short, this role is expected to innovate and continuously improve how we do what we do for our customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision and focused on optimizing operational efficiency. Leverage data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement across live operations and planning functions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations teams, engineering, and product management to drive cross-functional initiatives. Partner with leadership to define product scope, create and manage product roadmaps, and contribute to the overall product vision. Design and conduct experiments and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate product hypotheses and support operational goals. Lead, mentor, and coach teams of Product Managers, fostering their growth and development by setting OKRs, ensuring clear direction, and providing visibility within the organization.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on the supply chain, operations, or logistics domain. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling data-driven product solutions that address operational challenges. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of the on-demand delivery industry (last-mile) or related logistics experience. Experience conducting user research and incorporating user feedback into product development. Exposure to operations research and AI methodologies is preferred. A passion for experimentation and a strong "MVP mindset" to validate ideas quickly and iterate effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
