We are currently recruiting for a "Process & policy Specialist" for our prestigious end client based in Dubai, UAE




Job Title: Process & policy Specialist



Experience: 3 to 5 years



Job Location: Dubai, UAE




Job Description:



Ensure all departments have their key policies and processes documented and these are aligned with TECOM guidelines, regulatory requirements, ISO 9001:2015 and other industry standards.




•Based on requests from Business, develop process & policy improvement plans for designated Entities/Functions and meet with stakeholders to conduct improvements workshops.




•Liaise with concerned Functions, obtain feedback and provide assistance to ensure mapped processes are adequately automated, and are in line with TECOM requirements.




•Lead role in defining Process Automation Requirements for major corporate projects (ERP and TECOM CRM Systems).




•Ensure deployment and communication of proposed improvements with concerned stakeholders.




•Knowledge Management: Manage entire life cycle of policy and process development, approvals and implementation by maintaining an up-to-date Document Master List, Upload and maintain approved policies/processes on Intranet for reference of internal and external stakeholders.




•Maintain communication channels with the respective stakeholders for sustained awareness of the detailed aspects of policies/processes.




•Liaise with Internal Audit and Risk Teams to facilitate closure of internal and external audit gaps.




Process Mapping skills, Process re-engineering, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Robotic Process Automation.



3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the latest and leading practices in process management methods and technologies.



Computer literacy (MS-Office, and Visio), ARIS, Sales Force, Oracle, etc.



Bachelor’s degree with a background in quality management, performance management or consulting, Knowledge of improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma desirable. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001:2015.
