Our client, a prominent international venture capital organization, is looking to recruit a seasoned Program Portfolio Manager to enhance their investment strategy and services in the region. With the recent establishment of their Dubai office, they aim to grow their team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to outline the scope, objectives, necessary resources, project plan, budget, and schedule for new ventures.
Oversee program and project teams to ensure optimal returns on investment, coordinating and assigning cross-project tasks as needed.
Identify essential requirements for both cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring accountability for meeting established business objectives.
Partner with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities spanning multiple projects within the department.
Assess, evaluate, and mitigate program risks, generating program reports for management and stakeholders.
Direct day-to-day portfolio operations and establish action plans for each project phase.
Facilitate project reviews and milestone meetings.
Requirements
At least five years or more of experience in a senior management position, with a preference for program management roles.
Exceptional proficiency in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
Extensive knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
