Our client, a growing real estate development company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to provide high-level support to senior management and coordinate key business operations and projects.


This role is ideal for a highly organized, energetic, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership, driving execution, and ensuring things get done.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and administrative support to senior management.


  • Coordinate business projects, monitor timelines, deadlines, and follow up on action items.


  • Prepare presentations, reports, business summaries, and analytical materials.


  • Assist with legal, financial, HR, and corporate administration processes.


  • Coordinate with external lawyers, auditors, banks, consultants, and service providers.


  • Support contract preparation, document management, and approval workflows.


  • Liaise with UAE government entities and regulatory authorities when required.


  • Organize meetings, business travel, and executive schedules.


  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems.


  • Support process improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, or Project Coordinator role within the UAE.


  • Currently based in Dubai.


  • Previous experience in real estate development, construction, architecture, engineering, or a related industry is preferred.


  • Good understanding of legal, financial, and corporate administration processes in the UAE.


  • Experience working with banks, auditors, lawyers, and external consultants.


  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.


  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation preparation skills.


  • Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken).


  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.


  • High level of responsibility, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professionalism.
