Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, with a focus on palaces, residential villas, or hotels. The candidate must have a Bachelors or Master's degree in Civil Engineering and possess 10-20 years of relevant site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
2. Site Supervision: Provide effective on-site leadership and supervision to construction teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
3. Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications.
5. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
7. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
