Key Responsibilities:

- Risk Management:

- Communication:
- Serve as the principal liaison for all project-related dialogue with stakeholders and clients.

- Quality Assurance:

- Timeline Management:

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Client and Stakeholder Relations:

- Post-Project Evaluation:

Qualifications:
- Proven 7 years experience in project management, specifically within the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Acute financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Certifications:
