QAQC SUPERVISOR - FAÇADE

JOB PURPOSE:

The QA/QC Inspector - Facade will be an integral part of our Quality Assurance and Quality Control team, responsible for overseeing the inspection and testing of facade materials and installation processes. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all facade works meet specified standards, codes, and designs. Your keen eye for detail and deep understanding of facade systems will be critical in maintaining the quality and integrity of our projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed inspections of facade materials, components, and installation processes on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and defects in facade works and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to implement quality control procedures and improvements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Monitor and verify the rectification of identified issues.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and participate in handover processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and standards in facade engineering and quality assurance.

KEY SKILLS:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in the facade industry.
• In-depth knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Familiarity with relevant local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC software tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
