The Quality Controller is responsible for auditing Retail Shops and Service Centers according to the audit plan, performing regular evaluations of products and repairs, recording inspections and results, and recommending improvements based on findings.
- Conduct weekly visits and audit the Retail Shops as per the retail audit program to ensure effective and efficient operating procedures in respect of sales, cash handling, stock management, trade-in process, fixed assets management, security, adherence to Apple planogram and to the shop manual issued by Head Office;
- Conduct weekly visits and audit the Service Centers and the quality of repairs to ensure the smooth functioning of operations based on Apple Service Provider Manual, Operational Procedures, Service News, GSX, Apple guidelines (retail and service), and other updates set and released by Apple;
- Follow a checklist of tasks to be performed in the shop or service branch;
- Check employees / Technicians’ certifications status and compliance;
- Inspect KBBs according to agreed KPIs, highlight and report issues found;
- Inspect full repair cycle from creation until closure;
- Monitor CCTV and follow-up on repairs;
- Provide guidance and feedback to technicians, and clarify operational procedures as needed;
- Recommend improvements to the repair process to ensure quality control;
- Examine financial records and documentation to prepare audit reports;
- Present audit findings and improvement recommendations to local and senior management through reports and presentations;
- Ensure documents and records inspections, and generate analytical reports to the management;
- Support with Vendor audit when required.
- Apple Certified Macintosh or IOS technician.
- Good oral and written communication skills (English is a must).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
