Job Summary



Quality Specialist responsible to develop and coordinate in administrating the Quality Assurance program in EHO Distribution Hub in Dubai and Mumbai Facility. Also, responsible to establish programs and procedures to effectively maintain the QA system and to assure that QA procedures and policies are aligned with the overall NOV Downhole Quality Assurance framework. Monitoring and controlling the Hub suppliers performance is the key to mitigate the supplier’s product quality issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Direct and coordinate compliance with all applicable standards such as ISO 9001, API Specs. Q1/Q2 7-1/14L, and other applicable product/customer requirements. Establish the overall requirements for QA specifications and standards for materials, processes, and finished products. Monitor and track critical supplier performances through closely monitoring the receiving inspection process. Monitor and update Objectives and Targets for the facility. Updating and working with the team for making sure the action plans are being created. Making sure all employees understand the Global and local objective and targets. Responsible for making sure that the Quality Policy is understood by all the employees. Monitor all Non-conformances reported in JDE (observation, CAPA and NCR) and ITRAX. Ensure that all customer feedback is being monitored and entered JDE system, to be followed up and closed in a timely manner.

Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis



Initiate ITrax /NCR process for all internal or customer reported Non-Conformances. Create, document, and follow up corrective actions. Co-ordinate with the relevant subject matter expert to complete the investigation reports on a timely manner. Close all incidents on timely manner

Quality Documents Meetings



Review all new releases of Quality documents coming from Global quality team with Hub team. Identify the need for creating and establishing Local Service Procedures (LSP) based on Requirements of the facilities. Enforcing the control of documents and making sure that no uncontrolled documents are in use.

Audits.



Conduct internal audits and upload results in network drive. Record all non-conformances in JDE and close them in timely manner. Conduct in-process audits and raise any concerns, finding or observation in JDE. All customer audit NCs need to be entered in JDE and closed in a timely manner.

5S implementation



Initiate, assign and monitor 5S implementation at service facility. Responsible for ensuring the 5S Audits are conducted on a regular basis. Record all NCs in JDE system and ensure they are assigned and closed in a timely manner.

Suppliers



To monitor all critical suppliers’ performance (SQPM). Report any non-conformance created by the supplier based on their Quality and on time delivery. Conduct critical suppliers Audits as per the requirements and follow up the action items .

Calibration and Measurement



Ensure that all required measuring equipment is made available for the workshop floor. Monitor all equipment in AIMS and ensure all measuring and critical equipment is inspected and calibrated as per the procedure.
Others
Conduct other activities and tasks as required by the job role to support operational needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



Preferred - Degree in Engineering- or Related Technical Degree 3-5 Years experience in the management of quality management system. iTRAX Service Quality System JDE QHSE System Track-A-Tool (TAT) System-Basic Electronic Documentation System (EDS) Functional/Technical Skills Root Cause Analysis (TOP-SET) Asset Information Management System (AIMS) Microsoft Software Suite (PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Positions will require minimum travel.
