Position Summary We're looking for a Receptionist to be the warm and welcoming face of our head office.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our workplace reflects the KAYALI ethos of hospitality and excellence.
You'll be the first point of contact for our guests and contribute to a seamless front-of-house experience that aligns with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities Warmly greet visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and informed upon arrival.
Efficiently manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, maintaining a professional office environment.
Coordinate the setup of meeting rooms, including organizing refreshments and AV equipment.
Handle mailing, courier services, and package management.
Manage office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
Support HR in the onboarding process of new employees, including office setup and supplies.
Organize team events and celebrations to foster a positive work culture.
Keep track of reception-related expenses and assist with budget management.
Provide administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and data entry as needed.
