  5. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to inquiries, thereby improving overall client engagement and satisfaction.
  6. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth and client retention.
  7. Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor in the financial landscape.
