We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Research Department in the Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct recorded video interviews with quality leads, existing clients, and high-net-worth individuals from the GCC
+ Make follow-up calls to update people on progress
+ Communicate effectively to understand motivations behind trading and craft product suggestions
+ Provide information about the platform and about financial markets to leads
+ Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
+ Promote brand
+
Fluent in Hindu/Urdu and English + Analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
+
Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)
+
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
+ Team player
+ Previous sales experience
+ Financial market knowledge/trading experience is advantageous.
