Job Description
· Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
· Upselling and making customer orders
· Answers inquiries and take phone call and phone messages orders.
· Process complete and accurate customer orders and record them in the restaurant POS database.
· Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
· Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
· Accept and process payment and return the correct change (if cash)
· Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
· Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
· Record new customer details in the POS data base
· Processing discounts & coupons if any
· Handling customer complaints
· Make reservations for customer booking.
· Maintain a clean workspace
· Help kitchen staff when needed.
