    Job Description

    On behalf of our client a leading provider of Pipeline and Process Services to the Oil , Gas and Petrochemical industry to major oil companies and EPC Contractors in the Middle East region. We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to be based either in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.

    • Generating new business contracts and increasing the presence of the companies services across the GCC region
    • Meeting sales targets in order to generate revenue growth.
    • Travelling across the region to meet with clients and present on the benefits of the services relative to competitors
    • Attending client meetings and maintaining frequent contact, including ensuring client satisfaction is maintained.
    • Act as a technical focal point for clients providing information to clients where required
    • You will agree Sales Plan objectives and targets. Develop sales and action plans in line with planned revenue targets and within agreed timescales. .
    • Manage local project opportunities by identifying, implementing and coordinating a strategy to win the business.
    • Provide competitor, technical and commercial data for each proposal and participate in tender vets to ensure business objectives are met by winning orders. .
    • Report weekly and monthly on the progress of the Territory Sales Plan and other relevant data, as required.
    • Ensure compliance with company policy, business unit policy, safety and quality program requirements.
    • Ensure technical knowledge and understanding of available products, systems and services is maintained at the highest level.
    • Must demonstrate a full understanding of the Territory business conducts, culture, business knowledge and work with the highest level of integrity.


    • 8-10 years’ experience in managing industrial front end sales / business development responsibilities in Pipeline Integrity Services / Pre-commissioning Service. With 5+ years at GCC Regional level.

    • Affable, good & presentable personality with excellent communication & presentation skill
    • Familiar with the business process to tap the market potential from offshore & onshore EPC Pipeline construction companies.
    • Experienced in Registration & Pre-Qualification procedures of E & P companies like Aramco, QP, KOC, KNPC, PDO Shell, ADNOC Group cos etc.•
    • Proven achievement of increasing sales revenue/growth in the Middle East/Saudi Arabia.
    • This is a very hands on role with a lot of field visits outside of the office.
