3. Technical Expertise:

  - Stay updated with the latest developments in heavy equipment technology and industry trends.

  - Advise customers on the proper use and maintenance of heavy equipment.

  - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to equipment performance.

 

4. Market Analysis:

  - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.

  - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

 

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

  - Work closely with the sales team, technical support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  - Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to stay informed about new products and innovations.

 

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.

  - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
