Sales Engineer We’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Engineer to kick start their career in a high-performing team within our Industry segment. In this role you’ll be working with our customers, engineering teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of Hilti’s engineering products and services. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You will be visiting job sites to provide solutions, and identify opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions and support, and adding value through the use of Hilti products.
Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it’s a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

What you need is:



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Sales oriented, with a minimum of 2 years technical sales experience in Middle East region Experience working in the Energy Industry Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals Excellent time management skills Fluency in English & Arabic The ability and willingness to travel across the UAE , and occasionally stay overnight in remote locations, as needed Valid UAE Driver’s License Based in Abu Dhabi, or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
