Job Description
- Driving sales growth and revenue.
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting Makeen Technical Services' FM (Facilities Management) services primarily in the B2C sector.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the FM sector (Soft and Hard Services).
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting our FM services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
- Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- Typically involved in the direct selling of FM services to B2C clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong understanding of FM services and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities and client information.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FM industry or a related field.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
