The role involves the development of business plan and formulating sales strategies to drive top line growth and execution of sales strategy and projects across retail key accounts, to achieve volume and revenue growth while ensuring profitability, by analyzing opportunities and developing the customers' businesses

Sales Strategy Management
- Develop Sales strategies to drive top line growth
- Oversee all sales activities to ensure that the Business Unit achieves the desired results and there is a consistent linkage with the overall strategy and mission.
- Budget & Forecast Management

Sales Operations
- Oversee all areas of sales achievement
- Implement the strategic plan to reach and deliver the sales target
- Monitor business performance by customers, by area and by category
- Accountable and responsible to achieve the agreed target and KPIs
- Build complete strategic customer plan in collaboration with the sales team, trade marketing and category team to drive the overall business and achieve the annual target

Customer Management
- Focus to build a very good relationship with the key customers and ensure to execute joint business planning process, annual agreement negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
- Expand the relationship with the customers by continuously meeting and discussing business performance and agreeing actionable plans such as category management exercise and thematic events planning
- Ensure execution of agreed sales fundamentals on distribution, visibility and promotions

People Management
- Identify and communicate key performance targets for sales team.
- Drive development of high potential talent and create a talent pipeline for critical positions.
