For our site in Dubai, we are seeking a Sales Manager - Digital Solutions responsible for our portfolio in Kuwait, Iraq, Pakistan, and Yemen. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability and growth by establishing long-range plans, implementing strategic initiatives, and managing the full profit and loss responsibilities of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities



The Territory Manager Role is responsible for Digital Sales in Kuwait, Iraq, Pakistan and Yemen within the Oil & Gas Industry. Supports and drives the business and its strategic direction, working closely with Proposal and Business Unit engineering teams. Responsible for account management, business development and project pursuit activities for the allocated countries Responsible for managing and driving the development of the opportunity funnel and front log, while insuring a qualified solutions sales cycle. Acts as a commercial & technical application front end for Sensia’s Digital portfolio in the Oil & Gas Industry. Collaborate with the Sales Managers of the other divisions (Measurement solution and process automations) supporting local sales activities to identify and close specific projects as part of the larger project pursuit team. Applying the Win Strategy Process and accessing the necessary resources within the Proposals and Business Unit Engineering Teams, he/she will increase the ease of doing business for Sensia Solution pre-sales activities and order hit rate.

The Individual



Engineering degree (Automation, Petroleum, Mechanical, IT, Electrical etc.) – or similar qualification would be an advantage Have proven sales experience in a technology-based, project delivery organization. Possesses a strong background and expertise in digital solutions within the Oil & Gas industry, with a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and customer pain points. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with fluency in Arabic considered advantageous for engaging with clients and stakeholders in the region. Exhibit a track record of achieving results and meeting sales targets. Ability to acquire new business within existing and new customer accounts. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory, spending over 50% of the time on the road to engage with clients, attend meetings, and explore business opportunities.
