About the job Sales Executive - Indoor Sales
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing ongoing training and feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer loyalty initiatives to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to drive store traffic and sales.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the indoor furniture product range and stay updated on new product launches.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented, with visually appealing displays that highlight product features and benefits.
- Provide training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports related to sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer preferences.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
