Position: Sales Manager - Packaging

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our packaging products and services. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competition

- Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the packaging industry

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

- Fluency in English is required
