Work over water, work at height, work in confined spaces where rescue required, manual handling, slung scaffolds, cantilever scaffolds and loading bay, bridges and bridging sections, temporary roofs, work over or near steel, work on sloping or fragile surfaces, Bird case, access tower, Lifting towers;
Uses and inspections of safety equipments of scaffolding;
Construction related Drilling plate forms and Jackets, and building line;
Understanding basic design criteria;
Statutory Regulations and Codes of Practice;
Inspection & Safe Use of Safety Harnesses;
Risk assessment.
Shall work in accordance with established procedure, specification and specialised technical standards.
Able to develop method statement and provide design calculations
Requirements
Must have minimum 5 years experience in the similar capacity with leading construction company preferably in Gulf.
Minimum of 5 years as a Scaffolding Supervisor / Inspector in reputed organisation.
Should have extensive experience to build Cantilever, hanging, load bearing, suspended, and confine space scaffolding to international standard.
Experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
Offshore experience is an advantage.
Should be able to assess material requirement and control scaffolding crews.
Gulf (GCC) experience is mandatory
Must be young and energetic preferably below 45 years of age
