We're looking for a Senior Architect with the following attributes: - Someone who excels in the concept stages of a project and has proven experience in leading a team through the initial phases of complex architectural projects. - Should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and their design sensibility - Experience working on international projects. - Has good technical knowledge and understands how a building is put together.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
Experience working on international projects.
International experience essential and UAE experience is a plus
Solid design skills
Experience in managing projects including: - Managing a team of architects and assistant architects. - Coordination, meetings, communication with consultants.
Solid space planning experience and understanding of projects' components and processes. - Experienced in projects advanced stages; attention to details. - Strong digital skills - Strong communication skills
Proficient using Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
8-10 years experience.
You should have the desire to grow and a business that has a lot of potential and growth ahead of them.
