1. BIM Leadership:

   
   
   • Lead and manage BIM processes for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
   • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

2. Collaboration:

   
   
   • Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate BIM into the design and construction process.
   • Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts in the BIM model.

3. Model Development:

   
   
   • Develop and maintain high-quality architectural BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD).
   • Ensure BIM models accurately represent the architectural design and comply with project requirements.

4. Quality Assurance:

   
   
   • Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
   • Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols across the project team.

5. Training and Support:

   
   
   • Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
   • Stay informed about the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.

6. Coordination:

   
   
   • Coordinate BIM deliverables with other disciplines, including structural and MEP systems, to ensure seamless integration.
   • Facilitate communication and collaboration among various project stakeholders.

7. Project Documentation:

   
   
   • Generate and maintain BIM project documentation, including model development plans, BIM execution plans, and clash detection reports.
   • Work closely with project managers to ensure BIM milestones are met within established timelines.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Extensive experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proven experience in leading BIM processes on architectural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and protocols related to BIM.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership and mentorship experience preferred.
