Position Summary
Property Finder seeks an experienced Senior CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management initiatives across B2B and B2C segments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage CRM tools and channels to enhance our customer engagement strategies, improve consumer retention, and ultimately drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing CRM platforms, particularly Braze, and will be instrumental in shaping our customer relationship strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative CRM strategies aligning with business objectives, enhancing engagement, and optimizing lifecycle management for B2B and B2C audiences. Oversee the management and operational performance of the CRM platform, ensuring effective campaign management, data integration, and utilization of analytics for strategic insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business analytics, and product, to integrate CRM strategies with broader company objectives. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all CRM activities. Develop segmented marketing strategies to address different customer demographics and verticals, utilizing a deep understanding of customer behavior to deliver personalized experiences. Implement campaigns working closely with the content team and product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience. Take a data-driven approach to campaign performance, including continuous experimentation and analyzing consumer data and campaign performance to optimize future CRM initiatives. Report regularly on CRM channel updates and insights, using data to drive decisions and adapt strategies to market trends and company goals.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM, with proven expertise in managing CRM platforms and Customer Data Platforms such as Braze. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful CRM strategies in B2B and B2C settings. Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret extensive data and make actionable recommendations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively collaborating and influencing across various levels of the organization.
