Title: Senior Employee Relations Analyst
Reporting to: Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi
Senior Employee Relations Analyst required to join a financial services related business based in Abu Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for delivering employee relations administrative activities within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting management with all HR related policies, systems, processes and procedures
- Identify areas within HR that could be improved including systems, processes and practises.
- Ensuring all reports are prepared timely and accurately.
- implement and maintain the necessary policies, tools, processes and Human Capital (HC) IT systems to properly manage all types of HR administrative support activities, including payroll, employee benefits, recruitment and training.
- Address and resolve all HR related employee queries including insurance, leaves and legal queries.
- Maintain employee records and documentation including work contracts and permits
- Preparation of employee contracts
- Ensure all employees personal files are updated accurately on a regular basis
- Check and verify all data related to vacations, sick leave, presence/absenteeism, salary.
Mandatory requirements:
- UAE National applicants only
- preferred background in financial services or related industries
- 5 years of experience in same or similar role minimum
- bachelors degree
