Senior Engineer- Infrastructure Projects

Strategy

• Execute follow-ups on infrastructure project performance and Hatta initiatives; compile periodic reports with clear status and next steps.
• Perform studies on infrastructure and Hatta development initiatives; submit to concerned parties per approved policies and procedures.
• Support governance reviews of implementation teams’ outputs, including Hatta budget   prioritization; draft deviation summaries and proposed actions.
• Track challenges affecting strategic projects (including Hatta) and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
• Compile development and measurement data for Hatta region indicators with concerned authorities; submit required reports.
• Provide technical inputs on infrastructure files and priority dossiers supervised by the Director General and Chairman.
• Support in supervising the coordination of Higher Committee for Hatta meeting materials—agendas, documents, summaries, speeches, and presentations.
• Operations
• Support tracking for infrastructure projects and Hatta initiatives; prepare initial status and exception reports and assist in follow ups of actions.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and budget evaluation; escalate variances with recommended corrective actions.
• Conduct field visits to project sites and issue periodic progress and work-front reports.
• Prepare accurate reports and visual presentations for senior leadership, the Strategic Affairs Council, and the Executive Council, including Hatta topics.
• Establish and operate a project-management system and performance dashboard for infrastructure projects, coordinating deployment and adoption with relevant units.
• Product/Process Improvement
• Perform studies and benchmarking on best practices and techniques in infrastructure project management to improve delivery performance.
• Conduct initial review of the innovative initiatives, ideas, and projects that strengthen infrastructure and regional development outcomes.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in civil engineering

Experience

• 3+ years in case of master’s degree(5+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree)
