Financial Target achievement
- To achieve assigned sales target & KPI’s as per set objective by ensuring an agreed mix of models & types.
- Achieving management’s assigned KPI (Visit, Market Coverage, Model Mix, Product Knowledge, Sales Target, New & Existing Customer sales & CSI).
- Achievement of targets with limited deviation from fleet selling prices.
- Add value to every Sale by cross selling Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contract, Accessories Sales, Etc.
Strategic Implementation
- To retain existing customers by follow-up on regular basis & acquire new prospects and convert to buyers/Customers.
- Ensuring efficient Sales Forecast & Reservation management.
- Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager daily.
- Seek & report important market intelligence relating to competitors/clients that will benefit the company.
- Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitor’s products, specifications & prices to be able to overcome customer objections & preferences.
Business Development
- Continuously seek new fleet prospects from different business categories for Nissan products.
- Enhance Nissan share within KA customers
- Maintain regular contacts with existing customers for additional business.
- Maintain quality customer database by accurate and UpToDate data capturing.
- Establish a mixed ratio of customers (existing & new) to achieve the sales targets.
Customer Journey
- Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers
- To attend all leads CRM / Tele sales generated within 24 hours of their creation.
- Ensure solid knowledge of the sales process:
(Prospect à Appointment à Qualifications à Negotiation à Closing à Account Maintenance)
- Learn and utilize the digital tools (Salesforce, Ventavid etc.) for CX and prospecting
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain utmost care, professionalism and provide all the required details for all the customers who are visiting our showrooms (Internal FSE).
- Maintain harmony and friendly relation with colleagues & other departments
- Adhere to the guidance & instructions of the Fleet Sales Manager on all the issues.
- Maintain attendance punctuality & Discipline.

- Have thorough product knowledge including competitors

- Understand the SOP, credit & financial procedures
- Knowledge and abidance with GIA policies, AML & KYC compliances
- Comply with all company & departmental rules/ regulations relating to the purchasing, registration, insuring & payment of vehicles by customers.
- Complete all company documentation related to the job accurately & on a timely basis.

- Ensure individual compliance to Sales Process i.e., ISO & SOP.
- Graduate/Diploma Certificate.
- B2B sales experience in the last 3-5 years essential.
- Digital marketing/sales skills and experience
- Preferable Automobile corporate sales experience (outdoor).
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
