To provide consulting and advice to ADCB clients, providing them with world class specialist investment advice and services, researching the marketplace and recommending the most appropriate products and services available in order to help Private Clients reach their financial goals sooner by providing strategies and ways support the achievement of agreed revenue targets
Review financial statements from investment firms to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage the development of new investment ideas, providing advice and guidance to Private Banking Clients, colleagues and external clients in order to generate wealth/investment returns for client positions
Review financial statements from investment firms to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Oversee financial market research completed, analysing the market data produced, reporting on business, economic cycles and forecasts of asset classes in order advise on trends and potential investment areas
Liaise with external parties to source and structure investment products in order to offer tailored investment products to private clients
Estimate how much income a client will receive from an investment over time, based on interest rates, dividends, and other factors in order to provide advice and financial solutions to Private Banking Clients that meet clients’ needs
Make buy/sell decisions on investment portfolios to ensure provide Private Banking Clients with financial planning services and continuity of portfolio management
Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation
Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation
Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment
